Company Story
Mstar Holding was founded in 1989 under the name JSJ Enterprise Co., Ltd., with the launch of its proprietary fashion brand Susi Dee in Los Angeles, California. In 1992, operations expanded to Thailand under Point Image (Thailand) Co., Ltd., followed by the establishment of an American Buying Office in Los Angeles in 1998.
In 2015, all operating entities were consolidated under a single holding structure, Mstar Holding Inc., strengthening the group’s global management, strategy, and operational efficiency.
Today, Mstar operates as a global buying and sourcing office, providing procurement and supply-chain solutions for leading U.S. retail chains such as Walmart, Kroger, Costco, Target, Kohl’s, and Macy’s. The company also collaborates with renowned international brands including Polo Ralph Lauren, Disney, and Warner Bros.
Our American Buying Service employs more than 200 professionals worldwide, delivering end-to-end sourcing, quality control, compliance, and logistics solutions to clients across global markets.
Recognizing the decline of traditional brick-and-mortar retail and the rapid rise of e-commerce, Mstar expanded its capabilities in 2010 to support online businesses. These services include digital marketing, product formulation, fulfillment, and logistics, designed to help international online retailers reduce freight costs while increasing sales performance in the U.S. market.
In addition, Mstar has developed strategic programs to help overseas manufacturers build their own brands and sell directly to major U.S. retail chains—eliminating intermediaries. This direct-to-retail approach allows manufacturers to increase margins, reduce shipping costs, and compete more effectively with U.S. importers through faster response times and superior service.
Innovation is in our DNA
Mstar operates as a diversified holding company, integrating all business units under one corporate structure. The group is active across a wide range of industries, including technology, real estate, trading, entertainment, finance, electronics, medical, and food, with products and services distributed to more than 30 countries worldwide.
Research and development are central to Mstar’s long-term strategy. We continuously invest in innovation to remain competitive in fast-evolving markets, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence, software development, web technologies, and advanced defense-related technologies.
Innovation is not just a function at Mstar—it is the foundation of how we grow, compete, and create long-term value globally.
